Store Policy
No Show Policy
All non-cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Clients with vouchers will forfeit their voucher.
Late Policy
Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than ten minutes late will be honored at MIMO Lash+Skin’ discretion.
Cancellation Policy
MIMO Lash+Skin understands that life may get in the way of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24-hour notice. If we are not given notice within the 24-hour time frame, you will be charged for the full amount of the service you are scheduled for.
Vouchers
All vouchers must be redeemed before their expiration date. No extensions or courtesies will be given. Vouchers that have expired may be used for their paid value before the paid value expires.
Removal Policy
You can use mascara specifically formulated for eyelash extensions. Please ask our lash technicians for more information on this product. Also, ask our staff to schedule remove lashes.
Refill Policy
All refill appointments must be scheduled within the proper number of days. Any appointments made after the number of days indicated will be considered the following week’s refill.
Week 1: 1 to 7 days
Week 2: 8 to 14 days
Week 3: 15 to 21 days
Week 4: 22 to 29 days
Free Fix Policy
Please understand that our work is done by humans and we can’t be perfect all of the time. If you are experiencing premature shedding within the first 3 days of your appointment, please email the salon you were serviced in. Salon emails can be found on location pages. Please include photos of your extensions, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Gratuity
Please note that MIMO Lash+Skin does not accept gratuity on credit cards. If you do not have cash, we have ATM machines for your convenience in all of our salons. We also accept gratuity via Venmo. Please request your technician’s Venmo ID if you wish to with Venmo.
Eyelash Package Refund and Exchange Policy
In the event that you would like to change your package, we will credit the remaining value of your current package to your new package. If there is a balance owed, you are responsible to pay the balance at the time of the exchange. If there is a credit owed, you may keep it as store credit or ask for a refund to the original method of payment.
Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is your number one priority. In the unlikely event that there is a defect in our product, please return it within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or an exchange. The product must be in the original condition in which you received it. After 30 days the product is nonrefundable.
If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you may do so for up to 30 days from your purchase date. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
